Selling Sequence

Here with a list of tasks which may need to be completed for each item planned for sale online.

Find an item to sell.
Assign a lot number to the item
Write a description.
Photograph or scan the item. Save to specific eBay picture folder with lot number as jpg.
Research to establish start or fixed price.
Pack the item to get weight for the shipping amount.
Determine if item is to be send insured or not.
Complete the listing form in Turbolister.
Arrange item on shelving in lot number order.
Send listing to eBay when ready to sell.
Answer email questions quickly.
When item sells find the item.
Enclose a packing slip, thank you note. Seal. Print postage online.
Notify carrier for pickup if item will not fit in mail box.
Mail.
Enter feedback for buyer.
Add item to sold list in record book.
Delete item from Turbolister.
Delete photograph or scan from folder in computer.
Rinse and repeat.

Pay for eBay fees 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month
Use PayPal proceeds to make eBay payments and pay for shipping at post office
Use the debit PayPal card for these payments and to buy other items for sale
